Description: A Uniform Processing Plants for Cintas Corporation in Corpus Christi, Houston and Fort Worth, Texas. The 50,000 SF projects were completed using the design-build method. The project schedules were 10 months each.
A unique building exterior (insulated concrete tiltwall) was used on all three facilities. With this method, 3î of concrete is poured, 3î of insulation laid in sheets on top and affixed with imbeds, then 6î more concrete poured. When cured, the 12î panels are lifted into place. Insulated panels offer fast installation and superior thermal properties.
