Description: Spring Oaks Middle School project scope includes construction of a new Gymnasium/ Locke rooms and new Music addition. Addition and remodeling various areas of an existing campus, which includes; Science Labs, Technical Education classrooms and support areas. The new addition will be constructed of a pier and beam concrete foundation with steel structure support, brick veneer and metal panel exterior.
Construction began in June 2004 and has a completion date schedule for July 2005.

Area: 29,000 SF new school campus additions with additional renovations throughout the campus.
