Description: Moorhouse Construction was selected to build three LA-Z-BOY Furniture Galleries in the Houston area. The projects each had a 16,000 SF area with two of the projects being pad sites and the third an undeveloped green field.
Schedule was of essences in all three projects, as to coordinate openings with major holidays. Construction schedules for the pad projects had a 4 month completion while the green field project had a 5 month completion
