Description: Durkee/Northline Relief school project has been established to assist in the overflow of the growing North Houston ISD district. This project scope includes construction of a new 86,000 SF elementary school campus, K-5th grade campus will include Classrooms, Library, Cafeteria/Multi purpose area, Music, Art and Sciences classrooms, Offices and Support areas. In addition, the exterior campus includes concrete paved parking and covered play structure. The building base structure consists of a pier and beam concrete foundation with steel structure support, brick veneer and metal panel exterior.
Construction began in August 2004 and has a completion date schedule for July 2005.
