Description:
Central Control Building for Citgo Refining in Corpus Christi, Texas.
This 12,000 SF state-of-the-art, new generation control building was designed
by Brad Adams Walker, Inc. This centralized building replaced several
remote unit control rooms and included relocating /consolidating fiber
optic and data communication lines. Additionally, the interior includes
a spacious, ergonomically-designed production control room, conference
rooms, offices and break room. Completion of this steel frame/masonry
design exterior which featured an innovative titanium-shingled finish,
was within a 12 month period.
