Description: New Administrative Office, Control Room Addition, Warehouse/Maintenance and Substation Buildings for FINA/BASF in Port Arthur, Texas. The total for the buildings was 60,000 SF; in addition, the Control Room and Substation were designed by ABB Lummus with Moorhouse adding design elements for exterior walls. The New Administrative Building and Warehouse/Maintenance Building were designed by Moorhouse.
Moorhouse provided the value engineering services to help the constructability, schedule and budget.
